🎫 Support Flow Builder
Answers read from:
Build the same category → question → answer tree used by lang/<lang>/form.json, but stored
in the database. Each answer either leads to another question (branching) or ends the flow. Switch the toggle
above to SQL once you're happy with it — support.html will start reading from here instead of
the static JSON file.
